Wildcat bowlers knocking the pins around in first half of season

With less than half the season under their belt, the Mulvane Varsity Bowling teams have been putting up some impressive numbers. The Women's bowlers are currently 5-0 as a team and the men are 4-1 as a team.

Senior Maddison Osenbaugh has been leading the charge for the Lady Cats with a series average of 607 followed by Schiffelbein with an average of 554, Burget with an average of 511, and Gile with an average of 498. As a team, the ladies have bowled an average of 2223 per match. The season high for the ladies was in the third match of the season, where the Cats took down Andale 2350 pins to 1661 pins.

Sophomore Garrett Moon has been leading the mens team with a series average of 573, followed by Temple with an average of 564, O'Daniel with an average of 557, Titus with an average of 543, and Rudebusch with an average of 504. The Men's Varsity set a new record for team game score in game 2 with a score of 980. They also set a new team score record at 2623 pins versus Andale (2300) on 1/19/16.

The Wildcats will face off against McPherson on Friday, February 5th at McPherson Starlight Lanes. Match begins at 4:00 PM.
