Senior Keera Parks Selected to the All Tournament Team in the Douglass Tournament

The Wildcats traveled to El Dorado on Tuesday and faced off against El Dorado and Wichita Collegiate. The Cats fell to El Dorado in 3 games (25-17, 16-25, 20-25) and defeated Collegiate in 3 games (25-14, 17-25, 28-26). 

The Mulvane Volleyball team participated in the Douglass Invitational last Saturday, Sept. 22 and came away with a 1-4 record after a full day of Volleyball. They lost to El Dorado (25-20, 21-25, 25-17), Bluestem (25-15, 25-17), Garden Plain (25-16, 25-13), and El Dorado (25-17, 25-15). They took Remington to 3 games and won a tight 3rd game for the match (26-24, 22-25, 26-24).

5'11" Senior Keera Parks was the lone Wildcat to be selected to the All-Tournament Team selected by the coaches. This marks 2 years in a row that Keera earned All-Tournament honors. Keera verbally committed to play volleyball at Butler County Community College for the 2019-20 season.

The Wildcats faced off against Rose Hill and Clearwater at the Clearwater Triangular last Tuesday and had a tough night against both teams. The Cats lost to Clearwater (25-13, 25-14) and Rose Hill (25-20, 25-15).

The Wildcats are now 8-17 overall on the season and 3-4 in AVCTL Division IV on the season.

The Varsity girls will travel to Kingman on Saturday and JV will travel to Rose Hill for tournaments.
