The Mulvane High School softball team will have to wait another year to hit the field as the season has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Coach Kollmeyer was looking forward to this season with senior Jonae Hamilton returning from an injury last year and senior Isabelle Boatright ready to hit the field. Along with her were Pitchers juniors Brooklyn Payne and Haley Chambers returning as well.

Coach Kollmeyer had several underclassmen ready to round out the varsity roster as freshmen Jalin Lavers, Emma Kendrick, and Kammie Schanz would have earned valuable experience on Varsity this year.

Mulvane's lone all-league player from last year, senior Kaydran Russell, would have missed this season to run track and also due to a knee injury but she will be continuing her softball career at Evangel University next year.
