Coach Dale Landes's Wildcats Track & Field team hosted the season opening track meet last Tuesday (3/26/2019) and the Wildcats finished 1st and 2nd place after the results were all tallied.
The Men's team finished in 1st place with 97 points over Winfield (73.5 pts), El Dorado (55.5 pts), and Rose Hill (50 pts). The Wildcats had several 1st place finishes in the meet:
* Caden Webb - 100 Meter Dash (11.51)
* Caden Webb - 200 Meter Dash (23.98)
* Ryan Roderick - 800 Meter Run (2:14.16)
* Claar-Webb-Cassube-Ellis - 4x100 Meter Relay (45.74)
* Drew Ellis - Long Jump (19' 11")
* Landon Trullinger - High Jump (5' 8")
* Chase Milledge - Pole Vault (12' 6")
* Jeret Plummer - Javelin Throw (156' 11")
The Women's team finished in 2nd place with 76 points under Rose Hill (82 pts) and over El Dorado (59 pts), and Winfield (52 pts). The Wildcats had several 1st place finishes in the meet:
* Amber Hansen - 400 Meter Dash (1:03.98)
* Anna Moon - 800 Meter Run (2:35.40)
* Anna Moon - 1600 Meter Run (5:50.44)
* Hansen-Moon-Hankins-Williams - 4x400 Meter Relay (4:31.98)
* Kloie Simons - Long Jump (15' 7.5")
* Kloie Simons - Pole Vault (8' 0")

The Wildcats will host their final home meet today at Lyle Couch Stadium and will honor the seniors. Today's schedule is as follows:
