The Mulvane Wrestling team traveled to Wichita for the Bishop Carroll Invitational last Saturday for the last tournament of 2019. The tournament had lots of 5A and 6A schools in it and a few smaller 4A schools. The Cats finished in 13th place in team points above Wichita Heights and Wichita North. 

Sophomore Hunter Dietrich and junior Chadwick Stahl were Mulvane's best finishes of the day and both finished in 3rd place in their weight classes. Dietrich had 2 wins by decision and 1 loss by fall in the 106 lb weight class. Stahl had 2 wins by fall, 1 win by decision, and 1 loss by major decision in the 120 lb weight class. 

The Cats finished with two 3rd place finishes, two 5th place finishes, one 6th, 7th, and 8th place finish, and three 12th place finishes. The Wildcats did not wrestle in every weight category.
