The Mulvane girls basketball hosted the Circle Thunderbirds in a non-league matchup on Tuesday, February 4th at Mulvane High School. Points were hard to come by all evening as the Cats were swept by the Thunderbirds 21-49 in the Varsity game, 19-38 in the JV game, and 16-39 in the C-team game.

The Thunderbirds varsity, who only have 1 loss this season and one of the top girl's teams in 4A this season, took control of the game in the first half and had the Cats down 9-32. The Cats fared a bit better in the 2nd half but lost to the Thunderbirds 21-49.

Kamryn Nolan led the Wildcats with 6 points while Carson White and Jadyn Stevenson both dropped in 3 points each. Kaitlyn Klein, Haley Shaw, Amber Hansen, and Haley Hughes all finished with 2 points each and Haley Chambers finished with 1 point. Carson White and Amber Hansen led the Cats in rebounds with 5 each.

Kamryn Nolan led the JV team with 7 points and the rest of the points were fairly evenly spread out as Gabby Bauerle finished with 4 points and Jadyn Stevenson, Karlie Kanaga, Avery Dillon, and Lauren Young all finished with 2 points each.
