The MHS Cross Country team faced some tough opposition at Goddard, but many PRs and 2 medalists.

The Mulvane High School Cross Country team traveled to Lake Afton last Thursday, September 22nd for the Goddard Invitational. The Cats turned in many PRs on the day and finished with two individual medalists. Sophomore Jacob Wilson turned in the best time for the varsity boys 5K run with a time of 18:15.6 and a 4th place finish. His brother, freshman Johnathan Wilson grabbed a medal with a 12th place finish with a time of 18:44.3.

Anna Stahl (Jr.) led the girls varsity with a time of 23:42.5 and a 25th place finish. Rebecca Frieden was the girls only JV runner and finished in 35th place with a 33:04.8 time. Braxton Frasier led the JV boys in the 5K with a 17th place finish and a 21:24.1 time.
