MHS - Women's Golf / September 5, 2024 By Kasey McDowell
The Mulvane women's golf team opened up their 2024-25 season and traveled to Derby Golf & Country Club for the Derby Invitational on Tuesday, Sep 3rd. The Wildcats finished in 6th place as a team with a 231 team total in the 9-hole round. The Cats were led by Tatum Walker who shot a round of 53 and finished in 18th place. There are some new faces in the team this year with junior Kinley Kendrick joining the team and new freshmen Brittani Peschel, Haylynn Jones, McKinzy Frieden, and Norma Sutton. Returning for the Wildcats are juniors Emma McClendon and Tatum Walker and sophomores Ammure Kent, Emma Jacobs, and Madi Dillon.
