Barton Volleyball’s Naccarato earns post season awards
Barton Community College volleyball freshman Olivia Naccarato was recently awarded honorable mention honors for both the All-KJCCC Division I and All-Region VI Division I team.

The only Barton player receiving post season honors, Naccarato led the Lady Cougars in almost every offensive and defensive category on the season including top ten rankings in the conference for her middle blocking ability.  The Mulvane, Kansas, native led Barton with 242 kills with a team leading .199 attack, thirty-one solo blocks and fifty-nine assisted blocks for a total of ninety-blocks, points scored with 334.5, and ranked second on the team with thirty-two service aces.  The 5'11" middle blocker also ranked 12th in conference play in solo blocks, ninth in assisted, and ninth in total blocks.

This was my first season playing college volleyball. I grew as a player and a person through it all. This honor means the absolute world to me. I would like to thank my family, friends, coaches and Barton Community College for the constant support and always believing in me. It wouldn't have been possible without all of them. I'm excited to get back to work and prepare for next season as a Barton Cougar!
