All of the post-season awards have been announced for the 2024 softball season and three Wildcats earned All-Metro Honors from the Wichita Eagle. Senior catcher Madison Phipps earned All-Metro 2nd Team honors for the season. Phipps finished the season with 41 hits, tying the current school record, and a batting average of .402, 37 RBIs, a team-high 28 runs scored, and 5 home runs. Phipps also broke the school record for stolen bases in her career with 37.
Senior pitcher/3rd base Addison Mackey earned All-Metro 3rd Team honors for the season. Mackey finished with a 4.06 ERA, pitched 100.0 innings, 496 batters faced, and finished with 80 strikeouts, and 58 earned runs. Addison also finished with 30 hits, 20 RBI, and an average of .366.
Sophomore outfielder Jaryn Baker earned All-Metro 3rd Team honors for the season. Baker finished the year with a batting average of .390 and had 30 hits, scoring 26 runs, 20 RBIs, and 2 home runs.
