Addy Schiffelbein and the Mulvane Men's Bowling team participated in the 5-1A State Bowling tournament on Thursday. Addy brought home a third place medal with a 578 series (172, 160, 246). This is Addy's 3rd state medal and she was the 5-1A state champion in the 2016-17 season.
The top 5 placements individually on the girls side were:
1 - Kaylee Back (Bishop Carroll) - 662
2 - Abigayle Berner (Kansas City-Piper) - 611
3 - Addyson Schiffelbein (Mulvane) - 578
4 - Jaiden Montandon (Buhler) - 562
5 - Brianna Evans (Topeka-Seaman) - 562
As a team, the men participated in the tournament with Clement Heck leading the cats with a 515 series (223, 147, 145) followed by Jason Mills with a 515 series (159, 181, 175), Gauge Harness with a 504 series (190, 167, 147), JD Titus with a 487 series (184, 141, 162), Eian Roach with a 460 series (143, 168, 149), and Nathan May with a 388 series (92, 108, 188).

This wraps up a great season of bowing for 1st year head coach Mallory Ashworth. The boys finished the regular season with a 9-0 record, League Champs, and regional Champs. The graduating seniors this year are Suhayb Hussein, Nathan May, Eian Roach, and Eric Woods.
The girls finished with a 7-2 regular season record and the graduating seniors this year are Khadija Kewa, Addyson Schiffelbein, and Emilija Sikorskyte.
