The men's soccer team faced a couple of tough opponents this past week, fall to both Buhler and McPherson.

The Men's Soccer team hosted the Buhler Crusaders this past Tuesday, October 5th, and the Cats fell 1-3 in a hard-fought game. The Cats struggled to find the net in the first half and went into halftime 0-2. The Cats scored in the second half as Aiden McKee found the net with an assist from Jax Gerber. The Cats fell 1-3 to the Crusaders. Alex Dial guarded the Wildcats net and finished the game with 12 saves with 15 shots on goal. The Cats are sitting at 3-8 on the season and 2-4 in league play.

The JV boys fell to Buhler 0-3 and are sitting at 3-5-1 on the season.

The Wildcats made the long drive to McPherson on Thursday, September 30th and the Cats had trouble finding the net as they fell 0-9 to the Bullpups. Gavin Young guarded the Wildcats net and finished the game with 15 saves with 24 shots on goal.

The Wildcats will be back on the field on Monday, October 11th, hosting the Augusta Orioles with the varsity game starting at 5:00 PM and JV game following after.
