The Mulvane JV baseball team completes perfect season at 17-0. Marks first perfect season since 2010.

The Mulvane JV baseball team closed out their season on May 7th at Wellington with a sweep of the Crusaders. This sweep brought their record to 17-0 and marked the first perfect JV season since 2010 when the JV Cats went 16-0. At the plate, the Wildcats were led by freshman Hays Ensley who batted a .682 in his 7 games before being pulled up to varsity. Freshman Hudson Myers had a monster year at the plate, batting .630 with 17 hits. Leading the team in hits was freshman Brody Clasen with 21 hits and a .467 batting average.

Batting over 500 was Jack Entwisle and Bear Lucas with a .519 and .500 average respectively. Brody Clasen, Paxton Richardson, Aaron Heird, Caleb Boor, Tanner Hargrove, and Braxton Madrigal all finished over 400 at the plate.

On the mound, the Cats were led by Brody Clasen who pitched 18.33 innings, had 29 strikeouts, a 3.05 ERA, and finished with 5 wins. Grady Myers pitched 17.67 innings and finished with 29 strikeouts, a 0.792 ERA, and 4 wins on the season. Braxton Madrigal pitched 13.0 innings and finished with 21 strikeouts, a 5.39 ERA, and 1 win on the year. Drew Miller finished the year with 8 innings pitched and a .000 ERA, 17 strikeouts, and 1 win.
