The Mulvane Middle School Cross Country team hosted their one and only meet this season on Tuesday, October 8th and the Wildcats left with 7 medalists and another race champion. Taydin Walker grabbed the gold in the 8th grade boys 2-mile run with a time of 11:47.31. James Blauser also earned a medal with a 13th place finish in 13:04.80. In the 8th grade girls 2-mile run, Eloise Baerg earned a medal with a time of 14:59.85 for 6th place. Johanna Hutchinson also earned a medal with a 19th place finish with a time of 16:18.07. All three 7th grade girls earned a medal in the 1-mile run with Aubrey Teter finishing in 5th place with a time of 6:57.93, Alivia Alvarez finishing in 11th place with a time of 7:35.78, and Adrianna Hancock finishing in 21st place with a time of 8:34.18.
