The Mulvane High School wrestling team hosted Buhler last Monday for a dual against the Crusaders. The Wildcats won 8 matches against Buhler and won with a final score of 43-24. There were quite a few open matches and Caleb Holle won his match by fall. 

The Wildcats traveled to Garden Plain on Friday for the Bill Brown Invitational. The Wildcats came home with 4th place as a team with 117.5 points. Jaxon Avila finished in 2nd place in the 120 lb weight class, going 3-1 on the day. KJ Schanz finished in 3rd place in the 285 lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day with 3 wins by fall. Cole Zimmerman finished in 3rd place in the 157 lb weight class, going 4-1 on the day with 3 wins by fall. 

Kreedence Lavers finished 4th place in the 126 lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day with 3 wins by fall. Kolton Whisler finished in 4th place in the 138 lb weight class, going 2-3 on the day with 1 win by fall. Kennedy Rice finished in 4th place in the 165 lb weight class, going 1-3 on the day with 1 win by fall. Caleb Holle finished in 4th place in the 175 lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day with 3 wins by fall. Ethan Everhart finished in 4th place in the 190 lb weight class, going 1-3 on the day with 1 win by fall.
