The Mulvane High School wrestling team hosted Buhler last Monday for a dual against the Crusaders. The Wildcats won 7 matches against Buhler and won with a final score of 39-18. There were quite a few open matches and Leiannah Landreth won her match by fall.

The Wildcats hit the road on Friday, January 31st for the Baldwin Invitational. The Wildcats finished in 11th place with 84 team points and 3 medalists. Senior Leiannah Landreth finished in 1st place in the 120 lb weight class, going 3-0 on the day with 3 wins by fall. Freshman Addi Williams finished in 4th place in the 125 lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day with 3 wins by fall. Sophomore Shelby Light finished in 4th place in the 170 lb weight class, going 3-2 on the day with 3 wins by fall.
