The Mulvane girl's wrestling team traveled to Augusta on Friday, January 10th for the Augusta Girls Invitational and the Wildcats came home with a 4th place finish with 63 points and several medalists. Senior Leiannah Landreth finished on top of the 120 lb weight class going 5-0 with all 5 wins by fall. Landreth was also voted the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament. 

Junior Makenzie Rogers finished in 2nd place in the 145 lb weight class going 4-1 with 4 wins by fall. Freshman Addi Williams finished in 4th place in the 125 lb weight class going 1-3 on the day. Freshman Emily Franklin finished in 4th place in the 130 lb weight class going 1-3 on the day. Freshman Mekenzie Wyant finished in 4th place in the 140 lb weight class going 1-2 on the day. Freshman Gabbi Dowell finished in 3rd place in the 235 lb weight class going 0-2 on the day
