The Mulvane High School wrestling team traveled to Wellington on Saturday, December 14th for the Wellington Invitational. The Wildcats had several wrestlers unable to wrestle this tournament but had 9 wrestlers participate and the Cats finished with 3 medalists. Senior Koehn Dietrich finished in 1st place in the 120 lb weight class with 3 wins by fall. Koehn also earned his 100th career win in his first match with a fall over Joe Ney of Wamego and now has 102 wins under his belt. 

Sophomore Caleb Holle finished in 3rd place in the 190 lb weight class with two wins by fall and one win by tech fall. Senior Gaelin Mason-Schmidt finished in 4th place in the 175 lb weight class with 3 wins by fall. Track Wrestling did not have any team points listed for this tournament.
