The Mulvane High School wrestling team traveled to Rose Hill last Saturday for the 2024-25 4A Regional tournament to determine who makes it to the 4A State tournament on February 28 - March 1, 2025, at Salina. The Wildcats took 13 wrestlers to regionals and the Wildcats had 2 wrestlers qualify for the state tournament.

Senior Koehn Dietrich finished in 3rd place in the 120 lb weight bracket. Koehn started the tournament off strong with a win by fall and a win by Tech Fall. Dietrich lost by Tech Fall in his semifinal match which sent him to the heartbreak round. Koehn was able to pin his opponent and qualified for the state tournament. Dietrich won his final match for 3rd place. This will be Koehn's 3rd trip to state. 

Senior Cameron Hagerman finished in 4th place in the 190 lb weight bracket. Cameron had a bye in the first round and then he won his first match by fall. Hagerman lost his semifinal match by fall which sent him to the heartbreak round. Cameron won his consolation semi match by fall which qualified him for the state tournament. Hagerman lost his last match by decision and finished in 4th place. This will be Cameron's first trip to state.
