Landreth made it to the championship match for the 3rd time of her career, this time she faced Mya Courtney of Frontenac. The match started with the wrestlers tying up and Landreth went for a shot to the legs. Courtney was able to avoid it and got Landreth in a headlock. Leiannah was able to get out of the headlock and after a short time, Courtney went for a shot to the legs. Leiannah was able to avoid it and got Courtney in a hold and was able to throw her to the ground and got the win by fall in 40 seconds. In total, Landreth wrestled 4 matches and a total of 137 seconds (2 minutes 17 seconds).

The state championship match was Landreth's 150th career win and she completed her high school career with a record of 150-7, two 2nd place state finishes, one 3rd place state finish, and one state championship finish. Her 150 wins are the second most wins by any girl in the state of Kansas behind Kaylan Hitchcock of Olathe North who ended with 181 wins.
