The Mulvane track & field team participated in the very tough KT Woodman at Cessna Stadium.

The Mulvane High School Track & Field team traveled to Cessna Stadium for the KT Woodman Invitational on Friday, April 12th, and Saturday, April 13th, to compete with many great athletes around the state of Kansas. The Wildcats had 5 top 10 finishes in the 2-day meet with the best finish from junior Fisher Dye who finished in 4th place in the long jump with a jump of 19 feet 11.5 inches. The men's 4x100 meter relay finished in 7th place with a time of 45.38. Junior Jacob Wilson finished in 7th place in the 2000-meter steeple run with a time of 7:20.61. Junior Kaden Palmer finished in 9th place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52:34, and the men's 4x400 meter relay finished in 10th place with a time of 3:46.08.

The girl's top finish of the track meet was senior Hallacy Miller who finished in 18th place in Javelin with a throw of 85 feet 5 inches, which was her best throw of the year thus far.
