The Mulvane Men's Basketball team is back to practice after the Thanksgiving break and Coach Abasolo is looking to his senior crew for leadership after graduating the all-time leading scorer last year Drew Ellis who finished his career with 1382 points. Among the senior players is All League Honorable mention Gage Gerlach who finished last season with 208 points, 33 3-pointers, 95 rebounds, 28 assists, 16 steals, and 4 blocks. Coach will be looking for production from senior Michael Manis at the forward position, he finished with 130 points, 114 rebounds, 14 assists, 10 steals, and 14 blocks last season.

Junior Trey Abasolo is a 2-time all league player and was the 2nd leading scorer last year with 312 points, 29 3-pointers, 94 rebounds, 65 assists, 41 steals, and 4 blocks, and will be crucial to the Wildcats success this year. Junior Canon Smith will see lots of varsity time down in the paint as well. He played in 16 games last season and finished with 13 points and 29 rebounds.

The Wildcats will have the "Late Night with the Cats" gatorade scrimmage tomorrow, December 3rd starting at 6:00 PM and their first games will be this Friday at Augusta.

Full roster is as follows:
SENIORS: Gage Gerlach, Kiser Jansen, Luke Coffey, Michael Manis, and Tres Morland.

JUNIORS: Trey Abasolo, Aaron Ballinger, Trent Billingslea, and Canon Smith.

SOPHOMORES: Sam Westfall, Mason Ellis, Jacob Duncan, Ian Comer, Kelton Boster, and Tyson Lazier.

FRESHMAN: Gavin Cross, Chase Dieker, Christian Duranleau, Easton Groth, Logan Harness, Ethan Kasparek, and Ethan Tharp.
