The Mulvane Wrestling team finish with 4 regional champs and have 5 Wildcats qualify for the sub-state tournament.

The Mulvane boys wrestling team traveled to Circle on Friday, February 12th for the KSHSAA 4A Regional 2 tournament. The Wildcats finished with four 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish, with five wrestlers qualifying for the sub-state tournament. The boy's team finished with 103.5 points for a 4th place finish as a team.
Chadwick Stahl (Sr.) finished in 1st place in the 132 lb bracket with one win by fall, one win by major decision, and one win by decision. Trent Moses (Jr.) finished in 1st place in the 138 lb bracket with one win by fall and two wins by decision. Chris Dietrich (So.) finished in 1st place in the 160 lb bracket with two wins by major decision and one win by injury default. Hunter Scott (Sr.) finished in 1st place in the 285 lb bracket with one win by fall and two wins by decision. Hunter Dietrich (Jr.) finished in 2nd place in the 126 lb bracket with one win by fall and one win by decision.
The Wildcats will travel to McPherson on Saturday, February 20th for the 4A sub-state tournament with matches starting at 12:00 PM.
