The Mulvane Cheerleaders had a great camp and shined at the 2022 Kansas Shrine Bowl.

The Mulvane High School cheerleaders traveled to Pittsburg State University last week for the Shrine Bowl cheer camp and topped off their weekend with performances at the 2022 Shrine Bowl football game.

During the week, the Wildcats had 6 girls make the "Select Team", which is the top 36 cheerleaders out of the 192 that were at camp. Seniors Jolie Ebersole, Valorie Ford, Eden Conrad, juniors Katelyn Wyant, Abby Malanchuk, and Mariah Cowin were all chosen for the "Select Team". Senior Eden Conrad was chosen for the "Elite 8" out of the Select Team which recognizes leadership, cheer spirit, and skill. The girls as a team also finished in 4th place at the showcase showdown.

The cheer team participated in the Shrine Bowl parade, performed at the pep rally, and the Shrine Bowl game.
