The Mulvane High School varsity women's golf team traveled to Prairie Trails Country Club for the Circle Invitational on Thursday, September 21st. The Wildcats finished in 3rd place as a team with a 200 team total in the 9-hole round, earning their first team medal of the season. The Cats were led by Payton Fox who shot her best round of the season with a 44 and finished tied for 2nd place. Emma McClendon finished in 7th place with a round of 48 and she also won the "closest to the pin" contest.

Notes: Payton Fox shot her best round of the season and medaled. Emma McClendon won the closest to the pin contest and also earned a medal. The Wildcats earned a team medal for 3rd place.

The varsity team traveled to Cherry Oaks Golf Course for the Cheney Invitational on Tuesday, September 19th. The Wildcats finished in 5th place as a team with a 423 team total in the 18-hole round. The Cats were led by Payton Fox who shot a round of 93 and finished in 3rd place, earning a medal in the tournament.
